Return Pre-Approval:
Merchandise will not be authorized for return without pre-approval from a Standing Stone Coffee Company representative. Please contact us at 814-643-4545 to receive pre-approval for any merchandise purchased from Standing Stone Coffee Company that you feel may be defective. Once you have received prior authorization for merchandise return, please mark the shipping box clearly with the authorization information. Returned merchandise sent via COD or with postage due will be be rejected, and returned to sender. Returned orders can be sent to the following address:

Coffee Return Policy:
Standing Stone Coffee Company does not offer returns on our Coffees based on taste preference. Coffee purchases are final and non-refundable. If there is concern with quality related to a packaging defect or freshness, please contact us. If the product has been damaged in shipping it is the responsibility of the carrier.
Merchandise Return Policy:
Within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise, if for some reason your product just doesn't work for you - fit, size, etc..., we will gladly refund the cost of the item if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition, original packaging intact and unaltered, no exceptions!
When self-returning items to Standing Stone Coffee Company for refund, it is in your best interest to ensure the items are properly packaged to avoid damage, and to ensure an insured method of shipping is used. Standing Stone Coffee Company cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during its return journey.
Prior approval from Standing Stone Coffee Company is needed before shipping back return merchandise. If you have questions concerning any of our products, please contact us prior to purchasing to get your questions answered. All defective merchandise beyond the 72 hour period will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty for the specific product.
Order Cancellations:
Once your online order is placed, it goes into our first-in-first-out queue, and will be processed accordingly. Shortly after your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the orders associated tracking details. All order cancellations must be canceled over the phone, directly with a Standing Stone Customer Representative, during our normal business hours. We do not accept order cancellations via email, voice mail, etc... All cancellations must be made directly with a Standing Stone Coffee Company Representative. Orders that are processed prior to cancellation are subject to a 15% processing fee.
Non-deliverable Orders:
Please make sure the "Ship To:" address of your order is accurate, complete, and recognized by your local postal-shipping service as a deliverable address. Orders returned to Standing Stone Coffee Company due to an inaccurate or incomplete "Ship To:" address, or abandoned and refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges for returned orders due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, as well as abandoned and refused orders, are non-refundable.
