Favorite Music/Band:
My favorite musician is Sufjan Stevens. He is a prolific artist--I own over 10 hours of his music, and I don't even have all of his albums! Whether strumming a simple melody on an acoustic guitar, or conducting a barrage of synthetic buzzes and beeps alongside orchestral horns and strings, his music brims with beauty and emotion.

Once a Juniata student and barista, now a Huntingdon local and manager, I wear many hats. But that expression is a little old-hat, so let's say instead, I brew many coffees. After all, I am and will hopefully always remain in some way a barista. This past year (my third year at the coffee shop) I have improved my knowledge about the shop's operations as well as the town's, and have found both to be rewarding. I enjoy getting to know the people of Huntingdon and to work in their favor, either by preparing their food or working my part-time job as a freelance reporter for the Altoona Mirror.
